Our Mission
The philosophy behind Shear Artists is to provide a work environment which will empower each hair designer to reach their full potential in earnings and job satisfaction.  Once the designers feel challenged and rewarded, the customers will, in turn, benefit by receiving the best in services and personal care.

Shear Artists was the result of a few hair designers who (after many years at various local salons) decided to put their experience together to fulfill a dream of owning a small business.  Thus Shear Artists, Inc. was born in April 2002. 

On July 1, 2011, the salon model was changed to booth rental which basically means each hair/nail designer is an independent contractor and Shear Artists is the landlord providing a store front.
